Log Homes, Inc. are not responsible for, nor liable for, any construction activities related to the construction of a customer’s log home. As always, we strongly suggest that you, as the homeowner, require at least three customer references from any builder that you decide to use for the construction of your dream log home.  We also strongly suggest that you interview at least two builders, check out their credentials thoroughly, personally call their references, and then visit these customer references to see the quality of the craftsmanship and construction of their log home.  Of course, all of this should be done prior to signing a contract with any builder.

Williams makes any recommendations of any builders.  Homeowner is given these names only as a convenience to them, as per their request.  It is expressly understood that homeowner is solely responsible for checking out each builder and making their own decision as to who to use for the construction of their home and that neither Kuhns Bros. Log Homes, Inc. nor Billy J. Williams are liable in any manner whatsoever for the performance of such builder(s) in the construction of their home.
