Dear Billy and Vickie, Thanks so much for all your help when we were considering the purchase of a log home package. We researched log homes companies for a couple of years and talked to vast numbers of sales representatives and then, we met you at the Log Home Show. At that time, we were seriously considering buying a package from another company. After talking to you, we made the decision to buy the Kuhns Bros. Package. Although we were convinced of the prestige and the quality of the Kuhns Bros. Package (and that, perhaps, was unsurpassed by all the other companies we researched), what made the difference were you and Vickie. Your honesty, knowledge of the product line and willingness and commitment to help us accomplish our dream, was what made the difference. You worked with us until we found the right package.
